Data & Account Requests

You own the data you enter in VialiQ. This page explains how to export a copy of your data or permanently delete your account. Requests are honored within 30 days as required by applicable privacy law.

Export your data

Signed-in users can download a JSON copy of vials, logs, protocols, wellness entries, and journal notes from Settings → Export Data.

Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated research data from Settings → Delete Account. This action cannot be undone.

How to submit a request

  1. Sign in and open Settings. Settings.
  2. Choose Export Data for a copy of your records, or Delete Account to remove your account.
  3. If you can't access your account, submit the request through the Contact page and we'll verify your identity before proceeding. Contact & Support.

What deletion removes

Your profile, vials, dose logs, protocols, wellness entries, journal notes, reminders, and AI chat history. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics may be retained. Backup copies age out on our standard retention schedule.

Data portability

Exports are provided in a machine-readable JSON format. You may reuse this data in other applications you control.
