Nature of the service
VialiQ is an informational tracking and organization tool for personal research records. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe for any condition. All calculations are based solely on user-entered data.
Your responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of every value you enter.
- You will not use VialiQ to obtain, distribute, or represent medical guidance.
- You will comply with all laws applicable to your research activities in your jurisdiction.
- You will keep your account credentials confidential.
No warranty
VialiQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Calculations are informational and must be independently verified.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VialiQ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including any decisions made based on entered data or calculations.
Beta location tracking
During the beta program, VialiQ offers a Location Tracking feature that records precise GPS coordinates from your device while the app is active. This feature is enabled by default and requires your browser or device to grant location permission before any collection occurs. You may disable Location Tracking at any time in Settings → Location. Authorized VialiQ administrators may review location records during the beta for analytics, troubleshooting, security, and product improvement, as described in the Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the beta with location permission granted, you consent to this collection under the terms disclosed there. You may request deletion of your location data at any time.
Español: Durante el programa beta, VialiQ ofrece una función de Seguimiento de ubicación que registra coordenadas GPS precisas del dispositivo mientras la app está activa. Esta función está activada de forma predeterminada y requiere que otorgues permiso de ubicación en el navegador o dispositivo antes de cualquier recopilación.
