VialiQ ("we", "our") is an informational research tracking and organization tool. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account information — email, display name, and authentication identifiers used to sign you in.
- Research inventory — vial entries, reconstitution details, storage notes, and calculated concentrations you enter.
- Private research logs — log entries, sites, side-effect notes, and timestamps you record.
- Wellness logs — optional metrics such as weight, sleep, mood, or energy that you choose to enter.
- AI assistant messages — prompts and generated summaries produced from your own data, if you use the assistant.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the tracking, calculation, summarization, and reminder features inside VialiQ. Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own records.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your logs with advertisers or third-party marketers.
- We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Data export and deletion
You can request a full export of your inventory, research logs, and wellness data from Settings. You may also request deletion of your account and associated records; deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Security
Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
